- 1 cup gram flour (besan)
- Pure Earthomaya A2 Desi Ghee, 3 cups
- 2 pinch baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon green cardamom
- 1/2 teaspoonedible food coloring
All you have to do to make Ghee Besan Ladoo is to follow these easy steps:
Add 1 cup of gram flour (besan) to a sizable bowl, along with some orange food coloring. Water and some baking soda should be added. Ensure thoroughly blending the mixture to achieve the ideal paste consistency and remove any remaining lumps.
A perforated ladle should be placed on top of the heating Pure Earthomaya Desi Ghee before adding some batter. The batter will drop into the ghee as it is heating up, cook, and transform into boondi. To drain the extra oil, place the boondi on paper.
To achieve the ideal consistency for chashni, boil water and sugar in a pan. To improve the flavor of sugar syrup, you can add cardamom powder. While cooking, add boondis to the sugar syrup and thoroughly combine the two. Turn off the flame and close the lid.
