Recipe for a Pudina Paratha that is Light and Crispy

Ingredients for a Pudina paratha

  • 1/2 cups of mint leaves (finely chopped)
  • Whole wheat flour, 1 cup
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • Carom seeds, 1/2 tsp.
  • 1/2 tsp. of chilli powder
  • Salt as desired
  • Desi Cow Ghee

Recipe of Pudina Paratha

Step 1: Wash and lightly dry the mint leaves in step 1, then roast half of them on a hot tawa.

Step 2: Blend it into a powder and set it aside. Chop the rest of the leaves.

Step 3: Combine the whole wheat atta, salt, carrom seeds, and red chilli powder in a bowl.

Step 4: Add the minced mint leaves and use water for kneading the dough until it is soft and smooth.

Step 5: Cover it and give it 15 to 20 minutes to rest.

Step 6: Separate the dough into 8 equal portions and roll each into a smooth ball.

Step 7: Create a medium-sized chapati by rolling out each ball.

Step 8: Spread some Shahji Ghee and flour over the rolled chapati.

Step 9: Begin fan-pleating the folds and twisting them back into a ball shape. Five minutes should be set aside.

Step 10: Form each portion into a paratha with a 6-inch diameter.

Step 11: Prepare the paratha with your preferred brand of Shahji Pure Single Original Desi Ghee and serve it hot and tempting Pudina Paratha.
