1. Heal a wound

Due to its Ropan (healing) character, ghee promotes rapid wound healing, reduces swelling, and restores the skin's typical texture.

2. Anti-Wrinkle

Aging, dry skin, and a lack of hydration all contribute to wrinkles. It is brought on by an exacerbated Vata, claims Ayurveda.

3. Hair loss

The body's enlarged Vata dosha is mostly to blame for hair loss. Vata dosha balance is how ghee reduces hair loss.

4. Joint pain

Vata imbalance is the main cause of joint pain. Due to its ability to balance Vata, ghee massages are effective in reducing joint pain.
