HOW TO MAKE BILONA GHEE ?
Here is the right way to do so
A2 Milk - Milk from Desi COw is collected & Boiled In A Vessel on Low FLAME

Now Left Milk for curdling overnight

Add a pinch of curd into the milk and it will be best if you keep curd in earthen pot
Now the curd is churned using a wooden churner known as a bilona to produce fermented butter (makkhan)
Choose only one option - Either clockwise OR anticlockwise

Now
Separates makkhan from the buttermilk

Keep butter & makkhan in separate vessel. You can use buttermilk for drinking
Its time to heat the Makkhan. Placed it in a stainless steel pot and heated over Low-medium heat.
